Job Description
Facilities Management is responsible for maintenance (office space & equip.) for all properties including data centers. Designing planning and construction in all properties inclusive of renovations new builds etc. Monitoring occupancy and all cost allocation detail for business unit accounting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for enhancing facility management.
* Create specialized reports that provide detailed insights into facility performance and support informed decision-making.
* Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation service level agreement (SLA) enforcement and quality control.
* Assist in budget planning and closely monitor departmental expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
* Stay informed about relevant regulations and codes ensuring facility compliance and addressing non-compliance issues.
* Assess potential risks to facilities develop strategies to mitigate them and contribute to enhanced facility security.
* Assist in coordinating facility-related projects including expansions and renovations to ensure successful completion.
* Participate in implementing sustainability programs energy-efficient practices and environmentally responsible strategies.
Requirements and Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Typically 2 years of relevant work experience
* Proven experience in facility analysis and reporting
* Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications
* Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
* Relevant certifications in data analysis or facility management a plus
