The Team Leader - Customer Site Management (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the site management team to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop the site management team to achieve operational excellence
Plan and schedule all site activities within the team, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular, constructive feedback
Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure high service quality and smooth workflows
Supervise field service scheduling, technician dispatch, and tooling management (including shipments, calibration, rentals, audits, and invoicing)
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in close coordination with the project team
Provide technical support to the team, customers, and partners; lead root cause analysis and drive technical issue resolution
Organize and deliver training sessions for team members on processes, systems, and safety standards
Foster professional growth and career development within the team
Support and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction
Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for site operations
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct and participate in job interviews to select and onboard new team members
Your Profile:
Educational background in Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
Experience in site management for power plant execution, including material management
Experience with products from INNIO and plant components
Performance-oriented personality
Proficiency in problem-solving
Good communication skills with people on construction site as well as executive level
Excellent German and English (writing and speaking), other languages as a plus
Strong negotiation skills
Team player with strong ability to motivate
Self-starter mentality and able to work independently
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally more than 50% (around the world)
