Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for High-pressure compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and sales network. 负责高压压缩机设备的销售,通过个人努力和销售网络在指定区域完成销售目标。
* To approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry. 在指定行业发展新客户和经销商。
* To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager. 向销售经理提供及时准确的销售和市场信息。
* To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers. 组织对客户和经销商的技术培训。
* To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts. 与区域内的客户和经销商建立并加强良好的工作关系,促进销售工作。
* Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy. 根据公司信用负责应收账款的管理。
Collaboration and Coordination
* Co‑ordination with IAT, OFA, CTS, Marketing and support team. 与公司内部相关团队协调合作,一起发展业务。
* To interact with IAT, OFA sales team to get more high‑pressure compressor business. 与IAT, OFA销售团队进行互动,以获得更多的高压压缩机业务。
* Work with CTS and support team to improve customer satisfaction. 与CTS和支持团队合作,提高客户满意度。
* Communication with marketing team in obtaining product support. 与市场团队沟通以获得产品支持。
* To provide feedback on product quality, product trends and competitor development to the product companies. 向产品公司提供产品质量,产品发展趋势和竞争对手发展的反馈。
Qualifications
* University degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* More than 3 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company. Priority will be given to those with sales experience in compressor sales.
* Strong interpersonal communication, Good at impacting and convincing others.
* Proactive, Self‑motivated and flexible.
* Customer oriented: to be able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization, throughout the various organizational levels and of different cultures.
* Willing to travel.
