Senior Project & Delivery Manager – Mission-Critical Communication (all genders)

Key Tasks
* Comprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical and organisational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project team.
* Strategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, timeline, quality, task allocation and milestone tracking.
* Ongoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIs.
* Active management and execution of risk, claim and change management processes to ensure project success.
* Professional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management.
* Contribution to bid projects in close alignment with the sales team.
Key Qualifications
* Several years of experience managing large‑scale integration projects in IT or telecommunications.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance requirements such as NIS‑2.
* Strong communication skills, organisational talent and leadership ambition.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.
* Enthusiasm for shaping a new organisational unit on a global scale.
* Fluency in English and, preferably, good German skills; other languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30 % of the time.
