In order to achieve common goals, we support young sales talents in a hands-on trainee programme. In doing so, we promote talents, skills, strengths and provide promising prospects for the future.
Your Tasks
* On-site support for our subsidiaries and/or dealers
* Responsible for sales development in own sales territory
* Expand Felder Group's presence in the respective markets.
Your Profile
* Professional training in business administration
* MS Office user skills
* Driving licence
* English in word and writing (additional language of advantage)
* A high level of willingness to travel

* After successful completion of this professional development period, there is the possibility of further advancement to Area Marketing & Sales Manager (m/f/d). In this function, you will be responsible for 3-4 markets.
Minimum annual gross salary € 32,480.00 and additional bonus payments according to the collective agreement. Higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.
