Payroll Officer - Seven Hills + Hybrid Work Option

What You'll Be Doing
* Be an important contributor to the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites and brands.
* Process entitlements including new starters, terminations, overtime, allowances, and leave.
* Manage payroll data from timesheets, spreadsheets, and time & attendance systems.
* Maintain accurate superannuation records and employee details.
* Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to employees with payroll queries.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and remittance summaries.
What You Bring
* Hands-on payroll experience.
* Familiarity with Micropay and electronic time & attendance systems.
* Experience in a blue-collar environment and applying EBAs to payroll.
* A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
