Role
You will take on a key role in controlling within the rapidly growing RPS business unit. As a trusted business partner to management and executive leadership, you will bring financial insight into strategic decision‑making and actively drive key initiatives forward:
* Act as a sparring partner for management and executive leadership
* Prepare sound decision‑making bases and support strategic initiatives
* Develop and evaluate business cases and investment decisions
* Plan and steer budgets and forecasts together with business partners
* Take ownership of monthly closing and reporting processes
* Analyze business performance and provide insights for internal and external stakeholders
* Further develop reporting, BI, and KPI frameworks
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as well as controlling and transformation projects
Your Experience And Skills
* Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of experience in controlling – ideally within an international manufacturing environment
* Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and strong financial fundamentals (basic IFRS knowledge is a plus)
* Fluent German is a must in order to cover the role successfully and fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) will be considered an asset
* Proficiency in IT systems including BI tools; SAP experience is an advantage
* Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for cross‑functional collaboration
* Hands‑on mentality combined with strategic thinking
* Self‑driven, proactive working style with a strong motivation to shape and improve

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 64,829.96 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance‑related salary with corresponding overpayment.
