Senior Sales Manager EMEA Alliance (f/m/d) – Business Services division. Joining at earliest possible opportunity.
Your responsibilities
* Execute and manage the Alliance's strategy and business plan with a focus on market penetration and revenue growth; identify and support opportunities across EMEA; use Salesforce for clean pipeline management, stage definitions, professional deal tracking and accurate forecasting.
* Collaborate with the alliance and company management to develop and identify GTM solutions consistent with the company and technology strategy; act as a strategic advisor to the alliance, build relationships with various teams, run disciplined pipeline and deal reviews with stakeholders, define close plans, and work closely with partners.
* Identify additional synergies to expand the alliance programme, working with cross‑industry and cross‑service practice teams to implement alliance initiatives.
* Coordinate and conduct business planning meetings and ongoing planning meetings with alliance and company executives; support the alliance's sales and marketing campaigns; monitor approval of all reporting requirements and performance indicators.
Your profile
* Successfully completed a Business Administration degree or comparable programme.
* At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles and dealing with various stakeholders; proven track record of building and managing a scalable sales pipeline from initial contact to closing; strong influencing, negotiating and moderation skills.
* Fluent in English, German and French (spoken and written).
* Confident working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and AWS systems) and sales methodologies.
