Job Overview
At NEVEON, we seek a dynamic individual to serve as the interface between IT and business. This role aims to maximize CRM ROI by driving adoption, usability, and continuous improvement, ensuring the CRM system functions as a powerful sales enablement tool that delivers real business value and fosters seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
Technical
* Lead CRM project and system integration, representing NEVEON in the group-wide development and rollout, and supporting sales digitalization.
* Translate business needs into CRM requirements, manage change requests with IT, and align developments with IT strategy.
* Lead the CRM Key User Community, drive adoption, ensure data quality, and resolve issues.
* Develop dashboards and reports, utilize data to identify gaps, and drive improvements.
* Identify and implement system improvements, eliminate workarounds, and promote full system usage.
Business
* Utilize CRM as a daily tool for managing sales activities and standardizing processes.
* Ensure widespread CRM adoption through onboarding, training, and communication.
* Leverage CRM to enhance customer engagement, generate leads, and improve interactions.
* Prioritize CRM needs based on business impact.
* Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales activities.
Candidate Profile
* Master’s Degree in Economics or related field.
* Proven experience in CRM project management and lead-to-cash process optimization.
* Background in sales, service, back office, or IT roles is a plus.
* Strong project and change management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
* Track record of driving CRM adoption and achieving tangible business outcomes.
* Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
