Your tasks:
5. Supporting the Dean in strategic planning
6. Participation in resource management and controlling
7. Supervision of faculty committees and procedures
8. Press and public relations work as well as internal and external communication
9. Project management, information management and office organisation
Your profile:
10. Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
11. Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
12. Very good knowledge of administrative processes
13. Knowledge of university structures and processes desirable
14. Experience in public relations and event organisation
15. Very good IT knowledge of all common Office programmes, internal programmes (UniCMS, etc.), SAP knowledge an advantage
16. Excellent communication skills, very good knowledge of German and English
17. Willingness for further education and training
