Responsibilities Analyze, evaluate, challenge and align business requirements and translate them into technical designs to improve and develop the current CRM landscape, focused on the Loyalty tools and mechanics.
Consult our stakeholders in technical questions for the solution design
Define “AS-IS” processes and create “TO-BE” solutions to improve current processes and develop new capabilities.
Create and moderate workshops by respecting methods of business analysis
Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)
Qualifications Self-organized way of working, excellent communication and motivational skills
First experience in business analysis/requirements engineering
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Analytical and Problem-solving mindset
Team player (colleagues as well as external partners)
