The BADEHAUS Werfenweng opens in May - a new, public bathhouse for the residents of Werfenweng, for guests and for the entire region. Modern bathing, family and sauna areas are being created on around 1,800 m² in the middle of the mountains at 902 metres above sea level, not far from Salzburg.
We are looking for people who want to be part of this new place of well‑being right from the start. Your contribution to guest happiness
* Monitoring, organisation and optimisation of operating procedures in the bathhouse
* Compliance with hygiene and operational safety regulations and ensuring the necessary water quality in the pools through regular measurements
* Preparation of goods requirements
* Personnel management including deployment planning for the bathhouse
* Instructing and carrying out cleaning and maintenance work
* Guest care and ensuring guest satisfaction
* Contributing to the further development of the team through instruction and training

* You have completed training as a pool attendant for large pools (m/f/d) and have some work experience
* A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to our guests, your colleagues and our trainees
