Your key responsibilities Develop strategic/commercial plans together with the regions and drive the portfolio growth of the Mycotoxin Risk Management business on global level. Support development and drive implementation of the global product life cycle management and help to execute tactics. Develop value-based pricing strategy (value proposition/ROI vs alternatives, end-market, customer segmentation, value-mapping, etc) and support regions with some routinecheckpoints as well as regular talk sheets and guidance Support negotiations at large accounts and secure must wins. Maintain a good understanding of competitive landscape. Run commercial operations (CRM, forecasts, phase ins/outs) Technical sales support for large customers. Project Management experience highly preferable. Business leadership with 10 years of experience in animal or Ag field Strong customer orientation High degree of autonomy and entrepreneur mindset; Team player with good proven interpersonal skills. Ability to translate global strategy to regional/local markets reality (implementation); Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
