* Ongoing personnel administration of general personnel
* Creation of employment contracts and preparation of payroll accounting
* Maintaining personnel master data in SAP HCM and managing digital personnel files
* Carrying out personnel cost calculations
* Advising employees on labour, social and tax law issues
Your profile:
* You have completed A-Level-Diploma (ideally with a commercial focus) or an equivalent qualification
* You already have some knowledge of payroll accounting or are very interested in familiarising yourself with this area
* You have a very good command of German and English
* Accuracy, numeracy and an affinity for IT are among your strengths
* You appreciate working in a large organisation and a renowned educational institution
For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.024 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
