Location: Land Transport Department
Responsibilities:
* Organize and develop tailored transport solutions within land logistics
* Process daily customer orders, prepare them for the relevant department, and coordinate until service completion
* Serve as the primary contact for existing customers and provide ongoing advice
* Collaborate closely with other departments and maintain communication with global branches, carriers, and customs authorities
Requirements:
* Completed freight forwarding or commercial training
* Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are advantageous
* Proficient in MS Office
* Precise, solution-oriented, well-structured work approach
* Customer-focused and communicative
* Ability to stay organized under stress
