The Role
As Sales Manager for DACH, you will be responsible for driving growth in the region and building a sustainable sales pipeline for our ERP consulting services.
You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and initiating conversations to structuring complex consulting proposals and closing deals. Working closely with our leadership and technical teams, you will translate client challenges into clear, business-focused value propositions.
Beyond new business development, you will also build long-term partnerships with clients and strategic stakeholders. This role requires someone who sees sales not as transactions, but as relationship-driven value creation.
What We Expect
We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is eager to grow and develop in the ERP and IT consulting space.
You have some experience in B2B sales — ideally in IT services, ERP solutions, or consulting — and you're curious to deepen your understanding of how ERP systems create real business value. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central) is a plus, but not a must.
You are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a consultative sales environment. You can engage with both C-level stakeholders and operational leaders. You understand the dynamics of the consulting business and know how to position expertise as strategic value.
Fluency in German and English is essential for working across the DACH region.
