Ihre neue Herausforderung
* Process design for agglomeration plants incl. mass-, energy balances, flow sheets
* Execution of agglomeration plant studies for plant improvement
* Process technological lead of customer projects
* Design of automation concept (PIDs, functional description)
* Support of proposal management (technological process design, technical specification) for modernization business and green field plants
* Worldwide start-up of agglomeration plants with focus on cold and hot commissioning
* Research and development activities to improve agglomeration processes
* Performance of laboratory tests including analysis (chemical and metallurgical) of results and generation of customer reports
* Responsibility for technological plant safety (HAZOP studies)
* Design calculations in terms of mass-, energy balances and flow sheets
* Execution of agglomeration plant studies
* Support of proposal management (preparation of technical specification, customer visits)
* Participation and preparation of risk assessment for agglomeration plants
* Preparation of customer documents and manuals such as functional descriptions and operational manuals
* Commissioning activities in accordance with contract and time schedule
Ihre Kompetenzen
* Technical background (university/master level) in mechanical or process engineering
* Excellent English skills, high willingness for business trips
* Experience in agglomeration business in the steel industry is an advantage (i.e. pelletizing plant, sinter plant, beneficiation plant)
