In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle – from initial design through to implementation – while helping shape the technical direction of the team.What you’ll be doing* Leading the design and development of reliable, high-performing software solutions.* Working on integrations and maintaining connections with different external systems and services.* Making sure the software is scalable, secure, and built with long-term quality in mind.* Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.* Supporting and mentoring colleagues in testing, operations, and development.* Taking part in continuous improvement and contributing ideas to innovation projects.What we’re looking for* A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar – or equivalent hands-on experience.* Several years of professional software development experience, ideally including time in a senior or lead role.* Strong skills in backend development with Node.js and Express.* Good knowledge of frontend technologies.* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).* Familiarity with automated testing, monitoring, deployments, and Agile/DevOps practices.* Some knowledge of C#/.NET would be useful, and a willingness to work with it when needed is important.* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in fast-moving environments.* A collaborative and open way of working, with good communication skills.* Fluent English; German is a plus.This is a chance to take on a meaningful role where you’ll have both technical ownership and the opportunity to shape how the team works.If you enjoy building robust software, leading by example, and working in an environment that values collaboration and innovation, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
