The Breakdown:
We are looking for two seasonal Store Assistants for our Flagship store in Innsbruck from August/September 2026 until March/April 2027.
What You Get to Do:
* Provide a superior customer experience for all Burton consumers
* Support store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, and maintenance
* Help organize and run store events and local marketing activities
* Actively contribute to achieving sales targets
* Bring the Burton brand to life by being a passionate ambassador
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
* Retail experience, preferably in a comparable position
* Hands‑on mentality with a proactive work attitude
* A positive, outgoing personality
* Strong knowledge and background of snowboarding products and their application
* Open‑minded and agile team player
* Fluent in German and English, further language skills are a plus
