Role Description
This is aremote, part-time contractor engagement(retainer) for anR&D Research Partnersupporting LuLarge’s research and product development. You will run structuredweb-based researchto identify, collect, and interpret publicly available information relevant tosustainable finance and ESG data, and translate findings into clear, reusable internal outputs (briefs, structured notes, source lists, and insights).
The work isdesk research and analysis(not laboratory-based). You’ll collaborate closely with the founders via Slack/Coda, contributing to research sprints that feed directly into product hypotheses, pilot work, and client-facing insights.
Qualification
Strong experience inresearch, structured web research, and synthesis.
Ability toevaluate source credibility, extract key facts, and summarize complex topics clearly
Comfortable turning messy information intostructured outputs.
Interest or experience insustainable finance, ESG, regulation/policy, or financial markets
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ahigh-ownership contractor mindset
Technical skills are a plus:familiarity withAI/LLMs,Python, and/ordatabases.
Clear written communication (English required; German a plus)
