As a Controller at Tribera, you'll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, supporting business decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth at one of our premier locations. What You'll Do: * Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts for the PBSA portfolio. * Build scenario analyses to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and capital planning. * Produce monthly variance analyses (budget vs. actuals) with clear insights into occupancy, revenue performance, operating costs, and NOI. * Build dashboards and automated reporting for real-time performance tracking across distributed teams. * Contribute to underwriting for new developments and acquisitions, providing financial insights on expected yields and operating performance. * Maintain and improve FP&A tools, forecast models, and reporting templates. * Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close data flows into FP&A models. Your profile What We're Looking For: * Ability to collaborate across departments in a distributed, multinational organization. * Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline. * 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Real Estate Finance, or a similar analytical role. * Strong accounting foundation (e.g., month-end close exposure, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations). * Excellent German and English skills, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
