About the Role We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, high-profile store in Chadstone. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing a motivated team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll have full ownership of day‑to‑day operations while being supported by a national retail network.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Manage store KPIs including sales, budget, and operational performance.
* Oversee rostering, wages, stock management, and visual merchandising.
* Implement and maintain company standards for presentation and in‑store processes.
* Drive team development, performance management, and engagement.
* Deliver competitive salary up to $75k + super.
* Tuesday – Saturday roster, supporting work‑life balance.
