You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting within the Sales Controlling function. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls to support the commercial organization.
How you will contribute
Financial Performance Reporting & Analysis: Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, or country Sales Controlling team.
Promo Evaluation: Conduct promotional investment evaluations and post-event analyses to assess return on investment and support commercial decision-making.
Business Partnering: Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders, primarily the Sales Team, acting as a trusted finance partner to drive performance and accountability.
Data Collection & Integrity: Execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information used in reporting and decision-making.
Compliance & Controls: Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment within your area of scope, ensuring full compliance with Mondelēz International policies, including the Global Customer Credit and Receivables Management Policy and related financial controls.
Ad Hoc Analyses & Projects: Execute ad hoc analyses and support cross‑functional projects as required by the business.
Team Development: Contribute to a high-performing Finance team with a priority on personal development.
Systems & Tools: Work proficiently with system tools to support reporting and analysis activities.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar fields
Strong analytical background with experience in financial analysis and data collection/structuring
Fluent spoken/written English & German
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Systems proficiency: Microsoft Office with a high focus on Excel ; SAP experience preferred
Mandatory information in Austria
The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross salary for this position will be EUR 57,000 per year, split up in 14 pays for full‑time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
