We are currently seeking a Implementation Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the implementation process for complex life science instrumentation, including successful delivery and installation of products and services.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery of instrumentation and successful installation/training for customers.
Prepare customers for successful implementations and communicate project milestones.
Build productive, proactive relationships by engaging with members across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Field Service, and Field Applications to keep project timelines on track.
Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and establish long‑term customer relationships as the main point of contact following product sale.
Identify customer needs to educate and promote value‑added services that support long‑term success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Health Science discipline.
Proven record of accomplishment with a strong background in Sales Operations or Customer Support.
Experience in a customer‑facing support role.
Experience in networking (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting), Windows security (Active Directory, Group Policy, access control), and exposure to Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is desirable.
Familiarity with supporting secure, reliable systems in regulated or operational environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Accreditation such as PMP or Prince2.
Experience in the Life Science industry with Lab Automation instrumentation.
Experience with Microsoft Apps and DB tools such as PSP, value stream mapping, and process flow charts.
Fluent English language skills are beneficial.
Travel: Approximately 20% traveling within Europe is required.
Pay Range: 55,000 – 65,000 EUR – depending on level of education and experience.
