About the Role
As Online Orders Team Leader, you will lead, mentor, and manage our online orders team, setting the direction of the department, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, and ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. You will partner closely with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, translate business needs into solutions, and maintain a high standard of performance across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Online Orders team, providing daily direction and coaching
Oversee accurate and timely processing of online orders
Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service and Inventory teams to resolve issues
Maintain quality control for packing, accuracy and dispatch
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
Deliver training and ensure processes are followed
Identify workflow improvements to enhance speed and customer experience
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accurate data entry
Confident with systems and MS Office
Calm, organised and able to manage changing priorities
Police Check + NDIS Worker Screening (post-onboarding)

Demonstrated experience managing or leading an online orders department
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on time
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with both technical team members and the operations team/management.
Leadership mindset: able to motivate, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative culture
