Responsibilities
You'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value at SSI by tackling complex challenges within the Platform & Infrastructure department. This is a highly hands-on role (no coding), working in close alignment with the department head and collaborating with architects and teams to drive our most critical initiatives from idea to execution.
* Lead high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery.
* Collaborate with architects and teams to define what needs to be done and how to deliver it efficiently.
* Define and evolve execution frameworks and best practices.
* Set and manage priorities across teams to ensure focus and alignment.
* Identify and remove execution blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
* Promote a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
* Track progress and report key execution metrics to leadership.
* Support change initiatives and foster communities of practice.
Profile
* Proven track record of leading initiatives from concept to delivery.
* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
* Passion for agile methodologies & values (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Thrives on change and new challenges.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about enabling others.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%).

Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of EUR 3.950,00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
