Job Description:
* Operation of large equipment: CNC production of precision mechanical components; care and maintenance of large equipment
* Conventional production of precision mechanical components
* Training and counselling, training of apprentices
* Organisation of the workshop
Your profile:
* Completed diploma or master's degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. HTL A-Level-Diploma and several years of relevant professional experience)
* Specialisation in mechanical engineering/toolmaking or training and experience as a precision mechanic
* Specialised knowledge in CNC programming and CNC manufacturing
* Good communication skills in German and English
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Communication skills when working with the institute's scientists and external companies
* Ability to work under pressure and coordinate several simultaneous orders
* Flexibility and ability to work in a team
For this position in job group IIIb, a minimum gross salary of € 3.071 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
