For an exciting assignment with our customer,, we are currently looking for a Site Quality Manager (m/f/d) for our construction site in Bruck an der Leitha in full-time (38.h/week). Your responsibilities Advise Site Management on all quality management and project-specific quality issues Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on site Coordinate with consortium members and subcontractors on QA/QC requirements Oversee weld inspections and non-destructive examinations (NDE) Manage deviations and non-conformances (CARs, NCRs) Support pressure testing and compile technical site documentation Coordinate document control and filing for quality-related documentation Your qualifications Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, master craftsman qualification or equivalent) in mechanical, metal, or materials engineering Proven experience in quality management roles within industrial or construction projects, with a focus on site operations and QMS implementation Certified as an International Welding Engineer/Technician, or a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI 3.2) Certified to NDT Level 2 (ISO 9712, ASNT-TC-1A) in VT, PT, MT, and RI Excellent English speaking and writing skills Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team Your perspective Depending on the specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3.350,- is envisaged (this in any case exceeds the minimum salary under the collective agreement).
