They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

* Support Eng Mgr to create and complete on time Leap projects and Contribute on the VAVE strategy execution plan
* Support PM In Go to Market Strategy
* Facilitate PAC process
* Promote and support an atmosphere of continuous improvement in compliance with (TEOA) approach (through leading andcontributing in Kaizen events, Improving team’s capabilities)
* Support on driving the PMO best Practices and establish Dynamic Lessons learned routines with processes and workflows adjustments
* Contribute on Building a creative, innovative, and agile project management organization
Your ideal background:
* 8+ years’ of professional experience in Project Management
* Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
* Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
* Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
* Ability to form strong Teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills
* Proactive, resilient, and self-confident
* Good English knowledge, verbal and in writing (also for presenting)
