* Installation of cable car ropes – the track ropes of the cable car: you will work with the cable car team (approx. 15 people) to ensure the correct installation (splicing, shortening, grouting, tensioning, pulling and repairing) and maintenance of our ropes on cable cars.
* Coordination of the cable car team: You are responsible for managing the cable car team on site.
* Safety & Quality: Safety and quality are our top priorities. Therefore, you will carry out ongoing quality measurements and safety checks to ensure the correct and safe installation of our ropes.
* Working in the mountains and in nature: This job will keep you physically fit. After about five days (= the average time required for installing a cable car rope), you and your team will have managed to set a cable car safely in motion with the help of our TEUFELBERGER rope.
How to convince us
* Successfully completed vocational training (e.g. machine or plant mechanic, plant fitter, mechatronics engineer, ropeway technician, agricultural machinery technician/agricultural machinery mechanic, etc.)
* Several years of relevant professional experience and/or experience in the assembly of ropes would be an advantage
* A robust personality who is fit for high altitudes and has manual dexterity and a solution-oriented mindset
* A high sense of responsibility and accuracy, as well as team and leadership skills
* Mobility & availability: You are available for assignments throughout Austria and occasionally abroad and have a class B driver's license.
* Flexibility: We expect a general flexibility with regard to the place of work (worldwide deployment) and working hours (willingness to work on weekends and holidays as well as overtime).

* What's more, we pay significantly more than the minimum wage under the collective agreement. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer a salary starting at € 3.391,47 gross per month plus allowances.
