Tasks
* Telephone and written support for new and existing customers
* Handling customer inquiries as well as preparing and following up on quotations
* Order management: entry, verification, and processing of orders
* Clarification of delivery and payment terms and preparation of order confirmations
* Close cooperation with the field sales team, including coordination of appointments and customer visits
* Support of the sales team with administrative and sales-related activities
* Coordination of projects and internal interfaces
* Maintenance of customer data and documentation in the CRM system
Requirements
* Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in inside sales or a strong interest in sales
* Strong communication skills, a friendly manner, and enjoyment in working with people
* High level of motivation and commitment, with an independent and well-structured working style
* Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
* Very good command of German and good English skills for international collaboration
* Team spirit and openness to taking on new tasks
