You will partner with leaders and teams within the CFO area, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive our HR Strategy forward.
Key responsibilities Collaborate with CFO Division leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy
Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Develop and execute the talent management agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and succession planning
Participate in the design and implementation of transformation processes within the Group
Use and drive implementation of HR technologies, including AI-based tools
Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, programs, and policies to meet the evolving needs of our organization and drive employee experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees
Required Competencies Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR or business experience
Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone
