The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues. Daily tasks will include managing desktop computers, responding to help desk support requests, installing and maintaining IT systems, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical problems. The Support Specialist will collaborate with team members to provide high-quality customer service while ensuring operational efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support processesStrong Troubleshooting abilities and experience with resolving technical issuesFamiliarity with managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and related softwareKnowledge of Information Technology principles, systems, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist and manage user issues effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
