Pay
This pay range is provided by The Guesthouse Vienna. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base Pay Range
Overpayment to KV - Currently €2492 brutto. Working hours 40 hours/5 days per week - no part‑time service.
Responsibilities
* Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines.
* Compliance with hotel‑specific standards and hygiene regulations.
* Preparation of daily a la carte dishes.
* Good collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
* Production and preparation of fresh dishes.
* Incorporation of new ideas in menu design.
Qualifications
* Completed culinary apprenticeship.
* Experience in upscale Austrian and international cuisine.
* Enjoyment of working with fresh products.
* Creativity.
* Organized and careful work.
* Reliability, responsibility, passion, and joy for the profession.
* Knowledge and compliance with HACCP guidelines.
