Our goal is to manage as many cases as possible in-house, working across a broad range of legal issues similar to a law firm environment.This position is within the Legal Services Corporate / M&A department, which provides legal advice on corporate law, M&A activities, equity investments, corporate governance, restructurings, private equity, and regulatory issues. The department also covers areas like trademark/IP laws.
