HR Business Partner
Location: Tulln, Austria
This role will combine strategic HR partnership with state-of-the-art expertise across all relevant HR strategy and policy areas. It will provide support to Romer Business (40% of time), to TTH ISOL (30% of time, including two smaller segments), and to ISOL projects (30% of time) such as acting as SPOC for diversity, enabling high-performing teams, or advancing HR data analysis. In addition, this role will contribute to the Romer Labs leadership team and be an active member of the TTH HR team, supporting senior leaders and driving impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities

* Execute on the growth/financial performance of the BU through strong HR business partnering where high challenge/high support, strategic project leadership and building business knowledge are fundamental. Provide workforce analytics and insights, offering data-informed recommendations that align HR practices with business needs and strategic goals.
* Enhance leadership and team effectiveness through coaching, development initiatives, and feedback mechanisms that empower managers and improve employee engagement and productivity.
* Lead change by supporting organizational transitions with visioning, impact analysis, and integration supporting the organization in the process of change. Continue to deliver on our on-going transformation activities to positively impact our progress and performance as a BU.

* Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 85,864 to € 159,055 per year. The midpoint will be €122,350.
You bring
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Min 5 years’ experience in a Global HR Business Partner role
* Fluency in English
* Proven experience in working with and coaching of senior leadership
* Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
* Solid business understanding, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and/or recommendations.
