Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
* 8+ years of Trade Marketing experience with global brands, strong knowledge of the On-Premise industry, and a proven track record across diverse marketing functions
* University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
* Excellent command of English, German would be a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
* A strategic thinker with exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills, capable of creating innovative strategies while keeping the broader commercial picture in focus
* An effective communicator who can simplify complex issues, navigate cultural differences, manage multiple stakeholders, and build strong business partnerships
* Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented, with adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Travel 20-30%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €3,560 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
