Procurement Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing day-to-day procurement activities across employee-related categories.Main Responsibilities:Manage the procurement cycle, including creating and monitoring purchase orders in SAP ERP/SRM, tracking the PO lifecycle, and ensuring goods and services are delivered on time.Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues, support supplier onboarding, and monitor performance.Ensure all procurement activities adhere to policies and compliance standards, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement changes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Completed Matura level education with vocational training, ideally in the automotive sector.Native-level German and business-level English.Minimum 2 years' experience in operational procurement or P2P roles, with experience in the automotive sector strongly preferred.Solid working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).Strong time management, communication, and negotiation skills, with ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple priorities.Benefits and Advantages:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.
