 
        
        MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER
As a Management Consultant Test Automation Engineer you will take on the technical management of teams, develop customised test automation concepts and be responsible for selecting suitable tools. You will use your knowledge to support client projects as a sub‑project manager and lead engineer.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 3,175. Your actual compensation will be defined jointly, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
 * You are responsible for the project as technical lead and manage test automation teams.
 * You are primarily responsible for the design and development of test automation architectures.
 * You take on the role of Lead Test Automation Engineer as well as a sub‑project manager and perform various project management tasks.
 * You conduct tool evaluations to select suitable test automation solutions.
 * You create customised test automation concepts for client projects.
Qualifications
 * You have 8 years of experience in software testing, ideally with a focus on automated testing.
 * You have advanced experience with at least 4 automation and test tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex or similar platforms.
 * You have programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script or equivalent technologies.
 * You are willing to travel regularly for business trips.
 * With business‑fluent German language skills (C1) and an ISTQB certification you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
