We are the world’s leading manufacturer and supplier of crane and lifting solutions, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Supplier Quality Engineer for our office in Köstendorf.
Your Responsibilities Perform quality control and certification of supplier products, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and supporting supplier audits and development activities by Global Supplier Quality Management.
Define, monitor and report KPIs related to supplier quality performance, driving corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
Foster strong supplier relationships, supporting joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving.
Contribute to the optimisation and harmonisation of QM standards across the organisation.
Engage in optimisation and transformation projects that drive growth and efficiency.
Your Qualifications Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant field.
Ability to break down complex issues and deliver practical, effective solutions.
Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, machining, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Experience with quality tools (8D, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis); process and project management experience is an advantage.
Solution‑oriented, proactive and motivated to drive improvement and deliver measurable results; fluent in English (German an advantage) and willing to travel up to 30%.

Salary Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,241.02 based on full‑time employment per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conforming overpayment.
