While most companies are still handling conflicts with spreadsheets, email threads, and legal teams, this team is building the first end-to-end AI operating system for B2B disputes, giving organisations faster, fairer, and more scalable ways to catch and resolve issues before they become expensive or damaging.
The company is backed by Europe’s top early-stage VC, and led by a founder with deep domain expertise and multiple successful exits. They’re seeing rapid traction across sectors like telecoms, manufacturing, financial services, and aerospace - and now hiring an experienced AI Engineer to help build and scale intelligent agentic systems at the heart of the product.

What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is deeply focused on building agentic systems and applied AI. You’ll:
* Design and build production-grade AI agents to solve complex problems like information extraction, summarisation, reasoning, and guided resolution.
* Use Python and cloud-native tools to deliver clean, scalable systems that meet enterprise standards for privacy, security, and reliability.
* Collaborate with the Head of AI, product, design, and another AI engineer to ship high-impact features.
* Explore emerging models, tools, and frameworks to keep the stack cutting-edge.
* Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and help shape AI engineering practices.
What They’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable operating autonomously, thrives in ambiguity, and has a strong track record in AI engineering.
You’ll have:
* Deep expertise in Python (5+ Years).
* Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
* Proven experience developing AI-driven applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs.
* Confidence in designing systems that are secure, performant, and scalable - particularly in B2B/enterprise contexts.
* A strong grasp of RAG-based agents, context engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
Bonus Points For:
* Familiarity with AWS serverless tools (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
* Experience with compliance-aware systems (SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, etc.).
* A data science background or prior exposure to model evaluation, fine-tuning, and monitoring.
