International Trade Compliance Expert (m/f/d)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ITC (International Trade Compliance) Expert to join our team.In this role, you will ensure that our products comply with international trade regulations and standards, supporting our global operations. At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all ITC-related matters within the product compliance team.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including export controls and customs requirements.
* Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to integrate relevant compliance requirements into product development and lifecycle management.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address compliance challenge (eg. Embargos/Sanctions ..)
* Develop and maintain documentation related to ITC compliance processes and procedures.
* Provide training and guidance to internal teams on ITC regulations and best practices.
* Monitor changes in international trade laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates to compliance strategies.
* Manage and oversee Export Regulations to ensure all products meet the necessary legal requirements for international distribution.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Engineering or a related field.
* Proven long-term experience in international trade compliance
* Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, including export controls and customs requirements
* Technical background preferred; strong affinity for technical products required.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Certification in trade compliance or Export Control is a plus.
* Fluent in German and English.
