What You’ll Do
* Opening and closing routine
* Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness
* Business Understanding / Understanding and analysis of KPIs and Umsatz
* Proactive thinking; attention to detail
* Register / Point of Sales use
* Asset Protection
* Visual displays and presentation of merchandise
* System skills and ensuring smooth system flows
* Schedule requirements and availability
* Customer experience on the selling floor; coaching and guidance as Floor Supervisor
* Training of Brand Reps and Stock Associates; ensuring store operations run effectively
Working Hours / Schedule
The work plan changes weekly; hours are at least 20 per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and during certain holidays, is required. Hours may increase during peak periods to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience: at least 1 year preferred
* Supervisor/Managerial Experience: not required
* CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required
* Customer focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fashion awareness; adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance
* Ability to multi-task; self-motivated and problem-solving mindset
* Experience with Omni Channel services

Compensation
The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour (the recruiting pay range is €14.98). This rate and range may be modified in the future.
