We are seeking an experienced and passionate person to lead and execute our digital innovation and AI initiatives in the customer services domain. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer service experience by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and accessibility.
* Serving as the main contact for Customer Services and translating business needs into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and portfolio management
* Creating and implementing strategic plans for AI solutions within the digital innovation strategy, including coordination of digital innovation activities
* Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and external partners
* Taking responsibility for AI technology decisions and technical project management, including risk management
* Networking with AI professionals and leading internal and external AI development teams
* Staying updated on AI and data analytics trends to enhance business operations
* Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences or comparable) with a focus on Informatics/Telematics, or a related field
* At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in digital services or customer services projects
* Understanding of AI and data analytics technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data visualization
* Knowledge of SW development as well as Cloud technologies (preferably Azure Cloud Services)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Business fluent knowledge in German and English
