The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, and a proven track record of driving growth and delivering on innovation. A deep understanding of the consumer health sector would be favorable.**Main responsibilities:*** **Strategic Leadership**: Execute the global marketing strategies of the Digestive Wellness portfolio to drive growth and market share.* **Global Brand Launch & Brand Management**: Lead the launch in Austria of one of our leading global brands in the Western European market, ensuring a successful introduction and sustained growth.* **Matrix Team Leadership / Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including interaction with Global Brand Teams, Commercial, Medical & Regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.* **Campaign Development:** Lead the implementation / adaptation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.* **Market Analysis:** Perform thorough market performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities and closely monitor the competitive landscape.* **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the marketing budget for the brand across the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.**About you:*** **Experience:** Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience as well as proven experience in FMCG / Healthcare industries is strongly desired.* **Skills:** Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
