As the Global Head of Distribution, you'll lead a team of three Distribution Managers at Red Bull's Global Headquarters. In this capacity, you'll ensure alignment and execution of best practices across all regions, with the goal of maximizing efficiency, performance, and compliance. By cultivating strong partnerships and fostering strategic collaboration, you'll play a critical role in driving Red Bull’s continued success and global growth.

1. In this role you'll design and implement advanced, data-driven strategies to optimize Red Bull's global distribution network, ensuring operational excellence and market growth. Ensuring that our teams have focus on commercial excellence and strive to negotiate profitable, accelerating agreements with Distribution Partners while maintaining Red Bull’s high execution-standards will also be part of your role.
2. In this role you'll design and implement advanced, data-driven strategies to optimize Red Bull's global distribution network, ensuring operational excellence and market growth for both ON- and OFF-Premise channels. This role involves collaborating with Market and Regional Teams to tailor and implement global distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with local dynamics while providing guidance, tools, and frameworks for effective execution and measurable results.
3. This role also involves cultivating and enhancing relationships with Red Bull's key Distribution Partners through consistent engagement, strategic dialogue, and collaborative growth initiatives. As a trusted representative of Red Bull, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable success and long-term impact.
4. This role includes mentoring and coaching direct reports at HQ as well as Market Teams to cultivate the development of our future leaders in DP Management. You'll provide strategies, training, guidance, and empower all stakeholders to excel in their roles and enhance Red Bull's distribution capabilities on a global scale.
5. 10+ years FMCG experience, preferably in beverages
6. Expertise in distribution, key accounts, and field sales management
7. Strong leadership and stakeholder management
8. Strategic mindset with operational focus
9. Project management proficiency
10. Advanced software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau; SQL/R a plus)
11. Travel 20-30%
