SAP Installed Base Senior Sales Manager
Join us as a SAP Installed Base Senior Sales Manager at All for One.
Responsibilities
* Sell group-wide service and product portfolios to SAP customers who are not yet All for One customers (ISB), with a focus on LE and Upper GB.
* Network within the SAP ecosystem (SAP and SAP customers) on social media, events, and associations.
* Cold acquisition in ISB through DemGen activities in the existing customer network and at SAP (e.g., IAEs, presales).
* Use and maintain CRM 36ONE at the account and opportunity level to achieve high-quality data (e.g., notes, contacts, software in use, competitors, opportunity values).
* Actively cover the buying centers of assigned customers.
* Lead all areas involved in the sales cycle (sales, presales, consulting) across business units.
* Perform activities for the CCFlex Consider & Select phase.
* Ongoing exchange with other sales-relevant departments (e.g., participation in ISB calls in DE, enablement sessions).

Your Profile
* At least 8 years of experience in selling IT products, with at least 5 years of experience in selling SAP products.
* Previous sales successes in the software environment.
* Persuasive presentations and professional communication skills.
* Experience in leading temporary teams.
* Confident negotiation skills, also in English.
* Ability to handle customer needs and focus on closing deals.
* High self-motivation and enjoyment of working in the field.
* Good networking within the SAP ecosystem (SAP, SAP customers, SAP partners).
A salary (fixed and variable) starting at €100,000 per year, plus a company car, is offered for this position. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
