Talent Acquisition Manager – National Growth Role
Own the talent engine behind Sirv’s national expansion.
Sirv is one of Australia’s fastest-growing providers across Disability, Aged Care, Allied Health and Child Services. Our unique Partner Model sees experienced industry leaders join as Managing Partners and build their business unit in partnership with Sirv.
To support this expansion, we are appointing a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the attraction, assessment and onboarding of high‑calibre Managing Partners and senior leaders nationally.
This is a critical growth-focused role and part of the management team.

You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, strengthen onboarding and induction frameworks for new Managing Partners, and coordinate leadership development initiatives nationally.
Expected hiring volume: 3–4 Managing Partners appointments per month along with 3–4 Allied Health Practitioners per month.
