YOUR JOB:
In the Netherlands, there are existing PV Plants in operation, with plans for future developments. We seek reinforcement for the operation of these plants.
Your Job in Detail:
* Technical and financial management of solar PV plants.
* Review of internal and external KPI's to optimize asset performance (costs & revenues).
* Planning, control, and supervision of assets and service providers.
* Contract management to ensure favorable terms and obligations are met.
* Monitoring daily operations and maintenance to ensure regulatory and technical standards are met.
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
* Preparing operational reporting documents.
* Coordinating with Financial Asset Management and Energy Market departments.
* Engaging with stakeholders including technical teams, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and investors; managing documentation such as permits, contracts, inspection reports, warranties.
* Preparing reports for stakeholders, especially investors, owners, and banks, including Commercial Operation & Performance Reports post-warranty period, in collaboration with O&M and Financial Asset Management teams.
* Collaborating with Technical Asset Management to ensure adherence to global standards.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
* A degree in business with technical knowledge of power plant operations, or an engineering degree with experience in commercial administration.
* Native Dutch speaker with professional proficiency in English.
* Proficient in SCADA systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience in project management, preferably in energy projects or related fields.
* Operational Asset Management experience of energy generation systems, with technical and financial affinity.
* Strong interpersonal and social skills.
* Understanding of the energy market and energy commercialization concepts.
* Knowledge of the commercial impact of maintenance and operations on solar PV assets.
* Organizational strength, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset.
