* Cutting and trimming meat parts for bacon production
* Preparing and processing raw materials according to internal quality standards
* Curing, seasoning and further processing of meat products
* Operating and monitoring production equipment
* Carrying out quality and hygiene controls
* Complying with applicable hygiene and safety regulations
Dein Profil
* Completed training as a butcher or comparable qualification
* Experience in meat processing, ideally in bacon or cured product production
* Technical understanding in handling production machinery
* Careful and hygiene-conscious working style
* Willingness to work in a production environment
* Ability to work in a team and reliability
